MONEY MARKET.
Upon the whole, the effect of the condition of France on the
English Stock-market has not been important. The fluctuations,
both in the Government Stock and Railway-markets,
has not been great; but, taking the month through, their
tendency has shown a trifling decline. A great portion,
although not the whole of this decline, is doubtless due to the
character of the events in France.
